"Alternative Amy" is my alter-ego at BRM, where I am the Features Editor and have been a contributing writer for 4 years. Incidentally, I was also called "Alternative Amy" by a co-worker at Kim's Video on Saint Marks Place, where I sold films and records for a year. It
must be the Docs.
I created this website with the intention of sharing or reposting my journalistic articles and music reviews (published in print and online for BRM and Death+Taxes), and more personal writing, as well as photos and videos...all of which is generally within the vein of "alternative" culture. And don't forget to check out the Links page for the many bands and artists I know and adore.
